River City Trolley & Charters is a full service company. Weddings, parties, birthdays, corporate events or conventions, our trolley is a great way to get around and tour Wichita. We offer year-round service keeping you comfortable with our air conditioning or heating.

Christmas Tours:
Let's be jolly, come ride the trolley and see the Christmas lights in the city of Wichita. Book your group early! If you want to reserve an entire trolley or a large number of seats for your Christmas party or corporate event make reservations at the beginning of December. The last tours of the season is December 23.

Corporate Transportation
We can create a custom schedule for you and your clients with our corporate trolley service. Shuttle your guests between meeting sites or create a custom tour. We offer year-round service keeping you comfortable with our air conditioning or heating. Our number-one priority is complete customer satisfaction.

Historic Home Tours:
Board the climate-controlled River City Trolley and enjoy an unforgettable, fun-filled, fully narrated tour throughout historic wichita and the view the grand homes of the early 19th century. Our trolley seats 28 adults, so book your party today.

Weddings:
We provide full wedding services. We start by picking up the Brides party and taking them to the location of the wedding. Then we pick up the Grooms party and take them to the location. After the wedding we take the wedding party to the reception.

Our trolley are decorated by season. Our Wedding packages are priced by the number of hours booked with a 2 hour minimum. Non-alcoholic refreshments can also be served by our hostess for an additional charge.

Features on Every Trolley
River City Trolley offers the newest style of Trolley's with Beautiful Oak Interior, Elegant Etched Cupola Glass Windows, and Comfortable Oak Seats for up to 28 people. Listen to your music on our sound system or use the CD player, radio or the PA system. Our trolleys are totally enclosed and climate controlled for your comfort. Our trolleys are totally enclosed and have air conditioning (We do have air conditioning, it does not keep the trolley's cold, it drops the temperature around 15 degrees from what it is outside, We have clear windows so the sun comes in and heats up the trolley, We do have curtains that can be pulled that you can see through to help keep it cooler in the trolley, but the first thing people do when they get on is open the windows, if you open the windows the air conditioners cannot function properly) Keep in mind it is a short ride.

TROLLEY RATES:

$300.00 for Two Hours (minimum rental fee) These are Consecutive Hours

One Pick Up and One Drop Off Point

$100.00 Per Hour for Every Hour After Two Hour Minimum, Billed in Quarter Hour of $25.00

$80.00 Fuel Surcharge

15% Driver Gratuity

$50.00 Clean up fee if you bring on a cooler (non-refundable)

Day Rate:

Per Eight Hour Day (Consecutive Hours)

$100.00 Per Hour, $75.00 Per Every Hour after Eight and All Hours After Midnight, $45.00 Extra Per Hour

Day Rates can start at 5:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight.(some mileage may apply)

$80.00 Fuel Surcharge

15% Driver Gratuity
