WEDDING PACKAGES
Choose from our three most popular packages or build your own custom package using our standard rental rates. Either way you will ensuring a stress-free experience for you and your entire wedding party!
GOLDEN PACKAGE
Night before the Wedding:
Pick up group at hotel and take to the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Return group back to hotel after dinner. (5 hours) Consecutive Hours
Wedding Day: ( 6 Hours) Consecutive hours, with the exception of one hour after the reception
Suggestions:
Pick up Bride and her party and take for a "Golden Treatment" of her choice, (Bride can set this up or River City Trolley can set this up for extra cost). Suggestion: Spa-day, Hair and Makeup, Manicure and Pedicure. After, we will return your group to the hotel to pick up your gowns and take to the Church.
Go back to Pick up Groom and groomsmen at hotel and take to Church.
Return to hotel and pick up your out of town guests and guest staying at the hotel and take to Church.
We will wait until after the wedding is over and take your guests to the reception location. While the Wedding Party is taking pictures, then return to the church and take the Wedding Party to the Reception location, time permitting, we will stop along the way to take pictures.
We Can remain at the reception location for the evening (this will require additional hours) to shuttle back and forth from the Reception Site to the Hotel or Hotels until your event is complete and your Wedding Party and Guest are back to the hotel. This way you can drink and have fun and no one needs to worry about driving, (Let us do the driving) or We can leave and Return to the Reception location and shuttle for one hour after your Reception is over to get your guest and Wedding Party back to the Hotel (you can use one of your hours for this)
Wedding Day. (6 hours) Consecutive Hours (With the Exception of Returning for one hour at the end of the evening)
Total package hours: 11
Price: $1,675.00 (charge includes Use of Trolley, fuel, gratuity, clean up fee for coolers - limit two coolers)
Additional hours may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

SILVER PACKAGE
Night before the Wedding:

Wedding Day:
Transportation for Bride and bridesmaids from reception/hotel to Church, transportation for Groom and groomsmen from reception/hotel to Church, transportation for the out of town guests or guests from reception/hotel to Church. We will wait until the wedding is over and pictures are being taken and take your guests to the reception hall and go back to the church to get the wedding party and take them to the reception, Time permitting we will stop along the way for pictures. (3 hours) Consecutive Hours
We will provide 1 hour of transportation that evening after the reception is over to take your guests and wedding party back to the hotel. (1 hour) This way you can party, drink and have fun and no one will need to drive. (Let us do the driving)
Total package hours: 9
Price: $1,445.00 (charge includes Use of the Trolley, fuel, gratuity, clean up fee for coolers - limit two Coolers)
Additional hours may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

BRONZE PACKAGE
Two hour minimum: Pick up wedding party after the wedding and ride around to take pictures on the way to the reception. (2 hours)
Total package hours: 2
Price: $475.00 (charge includes Use of the Trolley, fuel, gratuity, clean up fee for coolers - limit two coolers)
Additional hours may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.
We can return for an hour at the end of the evening to return your guest and Wedding Party to the Hotel at a cost of $ 200.00 This way no one has to drink and drive (Let us do the driving)

Our Trolley Features:
River City Trolley offers the newest style of Trolley's with Beautiful Oak Interior, Elegant Etched Cupola Glass Windows, and Comfortable Oak Seats for up to 28 people. Listen to your music on our sound system or use the CD player, radio or the PA system. Our trolleys are totally enclosed and have air conditioning (We do have air conditioning, it does not keep the trolley's cold, it drops the temperature around 15 degrees from what it is outside, We have clear windows so the sun comes in and heats up the trolley, We do have curtains that can be pulled that you can see through to help keep it cooler in the trolley, but the first thing people do when they get on is open the windows, if you open the windows the air conditioners cannot function properly) Keep in mind it is a short ride.
