WEDDING PACKAGES
Choose from our three most popular packages or build your own custom package using our standard rental rates. Either way you will ensuring a stress-free experience for you and your entire wedding party!
GOLDEN PACKAGE
Night before the Wedding:
Pick up group at hotel and take to the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Return group back to hotel after dinner. (5 hours)
Wedding Day:
Pick up Bride and her party and take for a "Golden Treatment" of her choice, (Bride can set this up or River City Trolley can set this up for extra cost). Suggestion: Spa-day, Hair and Makeup, Manicure and Pedicure. After, we will return your group to the hotel or Church.
Pick up Groom and groomsmen at hotel and take to Church, return to hotel and pick up guests and take to Church.
We will wait for you until after the wedding is over and take your wedding party and guests to the reception location.
We will remain at the reception location until your event is complete and return your guests to the hotel. (6 hours)
Total package hours: 11
Price: $1,600.00 (charge includes fuel, gratuity, clean up fee for coolers - limit two)
Additional hours may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

SILVER PACKAGE
Night before the Wedding:
Pick up group at hotel and take to the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Return group back to hotel after dinner. (5 hours)
Wedding Day:
Transportation for Bride and bridesmaids from reception/hotel to Church, transportation for Groom and groomsmen from reception/hotel to Church, transportation for wedding guests from reception/hotel to Church. After the wedding we will wait while your wedding pictures are being shot and take your guests to the reception hall and go back to the church to get the wedding party and take them to the reception.
We will provide 1 hour of transportation that evening after the reception is over to take your guests and wedding party back to the hotel. (5 hours)

BRONZE PACKAGE
Two hour minimum: Pick up wedding party after the wedding and ride around to take pictures on the way to the reception. (2 hours)

Our Trolley Features:
River City Trolley offers the newest style of Trolley's with Beautiful Oak Interior, Elegant Etched Cupola Glass Windows, and Comfortable Oak Seats for up to 28 people. Listen to your music on our sound system or use the CD player, radio or the PA system. Our trolleys are totally enclosed and have air conditioning (We do have air conditioning, it does not keep the trolley's cold, it drops the temperature around 15 degrees from what it is outside, We have clear windows so the sun comes in and heats up the trolley, We do have curtains that can be pulled that you can see through to help keep it cooler in the trolley, but the first thing people do when they get on is open the windows, if you open the windows the air conditioners cannot function properly) Keep in mind it is a short ride.
